Love lamb?  You’ll find 26 different versions on Dine Around Seattle’s restaurant menus for November.  There are so many delicious dishes to sample.  For starters, Spring Hill restaurant in West Seattle will offer a Warm Potato & Lamb’s Tongue Salad with Mustard Seeds, Anchovy and Yolk Sauce. And Flying Fish in Belltown will have Curried Lamb Ribs, Pickled Palm Hearts, Golden Raisin Chutney.

For entrees look for such tantalizing choices as Lamb Loin with Hazelnut Chevre Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus and Blackberry Demi from 0/8 Seafood Grill in Bellevue or Braised Lamb Shank, Lamb Bacon, Chickpeas and Mustard Greens from ART restaurant at the Four Seasons in downtown Seattle.

Enjoy three courses for $30 at participating restaurants. No matter how you slice it, American lamb is lambtastic!
