Spinasse switches up their seating and makes room for special events

spinasse_new_seating

Beginning Sunday, March 21, Spinasse will be switching up their communal seating in favor of more a la carte seating. The new tables will give the restaurant a few more seats and accommodate more private reservations for 2 to 4 people. Should you desire seating for a large party, just give them a holler and they’ll be more than happy to fulfill requests for larger group seating.

As of March 16, Spinasse will close every Tuesday for regular dinner service, making the space available for private events, cooking classes and special dinners.

The first of which is a Birth of Spring Italian Feast, a four-course, family style dinner on Tuesday, March 23, with one seating at 7 p.m. for $40 per person plus tax and gratuity. With the bounty of spring just hitting the farmer’s market, this is sure to be a delicious evening.

Also new to Spinasse is Chef’s Table on Friday and Saturday nights. Four seats are available (for reservations of 2 or 4 people only) at 8:30 p.m. for the ultimate Spinasse dining experience. Chefs Jason Stratton and Carrie Mashaney will cook a signature 10-course meal just for you using local, seasonal products in the spirit of Piedmontese cuisine. $100 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Call 206.251.7673 for reservations.
