Spinasse chef, Jason Stratton is scheduled to compete Iron Chef-style against Emmer & Rye chef Seth Caswell at Seattle Weekly’s Voracious Tasting’s Chef Tasting in a battle that takes culinary Guns, Nuts and Talent.

The event, which takes place on Wednesday, April 14 at the Paramount Theater, will feature tasty samples from area restaurants, drinks from local mixologists, the 4th annual Seattle Weekly Food Awards and a local chef showdown set up in a temporary kitchen stadium inside the Paramount.
