As a unique opportunity, diners will be able to enjoy a spook-tacularly tasty Halloween Brunch at Spinasse from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 31. The kitchen will be serving up some of Chef Jason Stratton’s morningtime favorites.

Scrambled Eggs with Crème Fraiche and Smoked Steelhead Roe
Thin, Herbed Frittata with Roasted Cauliflower and Prosciutto di Parma
Soft Polenta with Crispy Pig’s Trotter and Poached Egg

Recognizing what food-loving Seattleites have known since Cascina Spinasse opened its doors in 2008, Bon Appetit magazine recently listed the country’s top 10 places for pasta and named Spinasse among them.

OpenTable.com, the online real-time dinner reservation website, announced the winners of its 2010 Diners’ Choice Awards for restaurant most “Fit for Foodies” this week, including Seattle favorite, Cascina Spinasse.
The designation, which is awarded to 50 restaurants, is derived from more than 7 million diner reviews across the country. Restaurants that scored the highest from September 2009 to August 2010 were considered most Fit for Foodies.
Spinasse is one of three local restaurants to receive the award. Others include Mistral Kitchen and Tilth.
