Tuesday night was the invite only launch event for the Built for Man Fall/Winter 2011-12 line from designer Francisco Hernandez. To top it all off, the event was held at the Ferrari dealership in Capitol Hill!

The show was filled with several hot looks for the stylish man – my personal favorite was the look pictured here (LOVED the pants). The poncho look that kicked off the show was quite a hot topic – I kept hearing “Clint Eastwood” over and over again. The one item everyone seemed to love were the coats – functional and cool – what’s not to love?

Francisco’s line was a crowd pleasure from where I was sitting. Can’t wait to see what he comes out with next season!

Built for Man (BFM) will reveal its Fall/Winter 2011/12 line February 22nd to an invitation-only crowd, and we’d love to offer you a sneak peak at what’s to come!

The BFM showcase is Seattle’s only men’s pre-line collection and the first men’s pre-line fashion runway show since the end of the 1980s.

The brand’s goal is to create clothing and accessories that are both practical and wearable – obvious in the latest designs off the runway. The use of Baby Alpaca wool, Pima cotton, silk, and wool flannel takes “wearable” to mean luxuriously “comfortable.”
